📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain packing machines to ensure efficient and safe packaging of snacks.
• Monitor production output and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet daily targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on packing machines, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Packing Machine Operator in a food manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining packing machines, including knowledge of common brands such as Tetra Pak, Amcor, or Mondi.
• Understanding of food safety and quality control principles, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to undergo a thorough background check, including drug testing and reference verification.
