📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the development of civil servants (ASN) in the region.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of government policies and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful program implementation and management.
• Familiarity with e-government systems and technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional certification in Public Administration or a related field is a plus.
