📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on project status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools like SQL and Tableau.
• Certification in ITIL or PMI-ACP is a plus.
