📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute manual testing on various software applications to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Identify, record, and document software defects using tools like JIRA and Bugzilla.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified issues and ensure defects are fixed.
• Create detailed test cases and test scripts to cover all aspects of the software.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Work with product managers to understand requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in the test plans.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Manual Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and Bugzilla.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
