📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and mocktails using premium ingredients and industry-standard tools like shakers, jiggers, and strainers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in top condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and continuously refine your skills.
• Collaborate with the bar team to ensure consistent quality and a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining bar stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Clean, professional appearance and a passion for creating exceptional drinks.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
• Valid ID and legal right to work in Indonesia.
