📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and engage with retail clients to promote and sell our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of products.
• Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
