📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement process for ingredients and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to understand their needs and preferences.
• Ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients for our restaurants and hotels.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure quality and reliability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in F&B procurement.
• Prepare and analyze purchase reports to track spending and identify areas for cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B purchasing or procurement.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local and international food supply chains.
• Certification in Food Safety or a related field is a plus.
