You will use a variety of tools and software, including SAP, Excel, and Power BI, to gather and analyze data, and you will present your findings to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Develop and implement category strategies to optimize inventory management and forecasting demand.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Use SAP, Excel, and Power BI to gather and analyze data, and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that they are optimized to meet customer demand.
• Provide support to the retail operations team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
