📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions for deposits and withdrawals,Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures,Provide excellent customer service and support,Work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets,Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals,Perform other related duties as assigned

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of banking procedures and regulations,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite,Friendly and customer-focused attitude,Ability to work in a team and independently
