📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist with customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Support the team in achieving daily and weekly operational goals.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Follow and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints promptly.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management and restocking procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
