📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and safety protocols.,Conduct and supervise welding and advanced manufacturing research projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.,Develop and implement new welding and manufacturing processes, and optimize existing ones for improved efficiency and sustainability.,Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate welding and manufacturing technologies into larger research and development projects.,Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present results at national and international conferences.,Maintain and update laboratory documentation, including standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management and research in welding and advanced manufacturing technologies.,Strong knowledge of welding processes, including but not limited to, arc welding, laser welding, and resistance welding.,Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, precision machining, and surface engineering.,Proven track record of managing laboratory budgets and resources effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
