📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and ensuring timely payment.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for external auditors.,Maintain and update financial databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against these targets.,Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 1 year in a senior or managerial position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
