📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and excellent customer service.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless dining experience for patients and visitors.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards, is essential.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
