📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, ensuring they are trained and performing to the best of their abilities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the restaurant.,Ensure the restaurant is running efficiently and profitably.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and that all food and beverage items are of the highest quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.,Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and accounting.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
