📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and coordinate the work of the operations team, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that operations support the company's overall goals and objectives.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders.,Ensure that the company's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles, practices, and tools.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operations management software is a plus.
