Non-Production Team Leader - Farm Operations & Inventory Management

Mitra Berlian Unggas, a leading name in Indonesia’s poultry and agricultural sector, is seeking a Non-Production Team Leader to oversee and optimize farm operations in Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless administration and inventory management, directly contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and profitability. As the Non-Production Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing farm logistics, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate inventory records using advanced software like SAP and Microsoft Excel. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive team, with a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, including feed and medication distribution, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all farm activities run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong background in farm management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in using farm management software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily farm operations, including feed and medication distribution, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of feed, medication, and other farm supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using advanced software like SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor and report on farm performance metrics, including bird health, feed conversion rates, and production output.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that all farm activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance farm efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in farm operations and inventory management.
• Proficient in using farm management software like SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian poultry farming regulations and best practices.
