Answering customer inquiries via phone calls.,Providing information about our products and services.,Assisting customers with their needs and concerns.,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.,Following up on leads and opportunities.,Meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.
