Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints,Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are accurate and up-to-date,Assisting in the preparation and organization of products for display,Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery,Maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment,Assisting in promotional activities and sales to meet targets,Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction,Following company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team and independently,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
