ATLAS Group is seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural projects, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural elements and systems for various projects.,Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.,Prepare detailed technical reports and drawings for project documentation.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and best practices.,Mentor and train junior engineers and support staff.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering.,Proficiency in using structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, Eurocode).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Tetun (local language) is a plus.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
