📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll and other HR-related reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
