📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Contribute to the strategic planning of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.
