📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in managing the pastry production process,Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards,Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety regulations,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies,Train and mentor junior staff members in pastry techniques and procedures,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards,Participate in product development and innovation initiatives,Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions that require pastry creations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related field,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with Indonesian and international pastry trends and techniques,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
