📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and executing project activities,Ensure the safety and well-being of team members,Coordinate with team members to achieve project goals,Maintain accurate records of project activities and team performance,Assist in training and development of team members,Participate in team meetings and provide input on project progress,Support the Captain in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good knowledge of project management principles and practices,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
