PT Karya Maritim Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and energetic Bartender to join our team in Manado, Sulawesi Utara. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages to our customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Preparing and serving a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, and soft drinks.,Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies.,Ensuring compliance with food and beverage safety regulations.,Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service.,Assisting with inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills.,Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Promoting and upselling our bar menu items to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,At least 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
