📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, and develop and implement repair plans.
  • Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed to the highest standards, and that vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the fleet.
  • Provide technical support and advice to other team members, as needed.
  • Attend to emergency vehicle breakdowns and provide on-site repairs, as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mechanic, with experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • A diploma or degree in automotive engineering or a related field.
  • Certification in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair, such as the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with other team members.
  • Familiarity with computer-aided diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
