📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.,Participate in inventory management and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
