📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with banking regulations.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they meet the required standards.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Ensure the safety and security of cash and banking equipment.,Participate in bank-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teller or similar role in the banking industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using banking software and equipment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
