QUARK Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and assets.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Train and mentor junior security personnel, and ensure they are well-equipped to perform their duties.,Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports, and provide regular updates to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the organization.,Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with a strong background in security guard duties.,Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and mentor junior staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.,Familiarity with security policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks as required.,Proficiency in the use of security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
