📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to minimize costs and maximize supplier relationships.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct supplier performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvement.,Lead and mentor junior purchasing staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using purchasing software and familiar with ERP systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
