Duta Nanda Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our food products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our food products.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Preparing and maintaining laboratory documentation, including test results and reports.,Collaborating with the kitchen and production teams to ensure that food products meet quality standards.,Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control regulations and standards.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards is a plus.
