📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure that all expenses are within budget.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all activities are coordinated and aligned.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the department.,Develop and implement performance improvement plans for employees as needed.,Represent the department at company meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
