📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Conduct performance appraisals and professional development,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends,Fluency in English is a plus
