📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with all regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize costs and prevent breakdowns.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.,Handle vehicle repairs and servicing, either in-house or through trusted service providers.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Provide training and support to drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
