• Oversee daily planting, monitoring, and harvesting activities in the rubber plantations.
• Use GPS devices and mobile apps to track progress and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers to achieve production targets.
• Implement sustainable practices to maintain and enhance the health of the rubber plantations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
