📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the procurement process for ingredients and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients for our restaurants and hotels.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure quality and reliability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in F&B procurement.
- Prepare and analyze purchase reports to track spending and identify areas for cost savings.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B purchasing or procurement.
- Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local and international food supply chains.
- Certification in Food Safety or a related field is a plus.
