📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the budgeting process, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
• Lead the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of financial activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and payments, working closely with our tax advisors.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
